Can not enter flight expense in travel request

In the mobile app, I’m not able to enter any amount for the flight in the travel request. That field takes no input. This looked like a defect to me.

Other expense types worked better, although some of them a bit clumsy in places too.

@juha I just tested this and was able to enter an amount for Airfare on a Travel Request in the mobile app. Maybe try closing the app and/or rebooting your phone.

@KevinD thanks and good to know, but that did not help in my case. Anybody else having this issue?  I can record a video or provide more detail if needed. It's iPhone 15 with the current iOS and the latest version of this app.  The best I can achieve is select the 0,00, but then even cutting it is prevented.

@juha if you could take a video, that would be good. You likely won't be able to post the file of the recording here, but you could either email it to me or if you have something like a SharePoint site that I could access, that would work to. @juha thanks for providing that. I did notice that in the hotel example you entered into the Daily rate field, not the Amount field. Did you test trying to enter into the Amount field for hotel to see if the same problem exists? 

I know it has been a few days, but is the issue still happening?

Yes good point and I can now understand why this is happening.  The required fields (*) in black color are something that is not supposed to be entered by the user but rather computed with the input provided in the blue fields.  So the hotel Amount(*) gets calculated when you hit Create after entering days and the daily rate.

With the flight expense it does not make sense though, since there is no such factoring of days with that expense.  Clearly a defect. And yes it is still happening.

PS. I noticed another mobile app problem yesterday too.  I was trying to search for a hotel and it asked whether it is customer related.  Yes it was, and so I entered the customer name too.  But then screen got stuck at that point.  It would not proceed further nor show any hotels nearby.
