Batch Unavailable Message

I have been receiving a message on the Payment Manager screen saying   "The most recently approved reports may not be available in Payment Manager at this time. Please try again later."  I have used Concur for many years and have never had this happen and I can't seen to close or reschedule this batch.  Any help out there?

My batches are closed now, they must have resolved the issue.

The same thing is happening to me. I also have never seen this happen before. I know that's no help to you but at least you know it isn't just happening to you!

I am getting this message too. Very frustrating. Did you get any answers on this yet?
