Bank of America import to Concur expense

I have 3 separate BOA credit cards.  All three were set up in "Expense Credit Cards" in addition to my corporate card.  My corp card transactions import into Concur but none of my Bank of America card's transactions import.  I have deleted and re-added multiple times.  No luck.  Our Concur admin at my company reached out to our Concur rep and all we got was "there is nothing we can do...the import is a third party service...blah blah blah..."  VERY frustrating.

Any suggestions?

@djmorgan010 are the three BOA cards all personal credit cards? They are not corporate cards, correct? Did you try using the Update Credentials/MFA link to see if that would fix the issue?

Also, your site admin can submit a case to SAP Concur Support to get help. Your SAP Concur rep should know this. You cannot submit a case directly with Yodlee, but you can submit a case to Concur Support using Yodlee in the case title and Concur Support will submit to Yodlee on your behalf.

In the meantime, you can create these expenses manually. If your company uses ExpenseIt, you could use that option instead. It is much faster than the personal card import.

Thanks Kevin.  I am using ExpenseIt when possible but if often misses the name of the vendor, etc.

On the Yodlee front, our Concur rep said she couldn't do anything as this was between Yodlee and my bank.  I asked our Admin to go back and demand they file a ticket w/ Yodlee.

@djmorgan010 the rep was correct in saying it is an issue with Yodlee and the Bank, but SAP Concur Support can submit help tickets to Yodlee.

Let me know if your admin hears back from your SAP Concur rep and what was said.
