BTAT certificate needed for expense report !!!!!!!!!!

i am trying to submit an expense report but have a alert " Action: A BTAT Certificate Expense Entry must be added to this expense claim because it includes international expenses " 

i have uploaded the BTAT Certificate a separate item but also have the same alert

Hi @mohame237 ,

Can you please try to re-submit your expense report if you have already created BTAT certificate expense entry. Sometimes audit rules are written on expense report submit event, so in this case system will only re-evaluate your expense report when you re-submit your expense report.

If issue still persists then can you please provide a screenshot of your expense report where I can see all expense entries and error.
