Audit returned report missing receipt

Audit on my expense report says this:

Passed AI audit with exception: The receipt is missing and a Missing Receipt Affidavit is provided for Meals with others Non-Entertainment for 124.42 USD on 12/23/2025

And this:

Passed AI audit with exception: The receipt is missing and a Missing Receipt Affidavit is provided for Meals (self) for 42.53 USD on 12/22/2025.

I lost receipts and attached a missing receipt affidavit to both expenses, not sure what I am supposed to do

@dave_cox2 actually if you look at the Room Rate expense on 12/23/2025, that is the item with the issue. The other two are warning messages, but the Room Rate expense has a red alert, which needs to be corrected.
