Attendees required for Family / Spouse Expense

jingchu95120_0-1770675419508.png

Hi,
When I select  Family / Spouse Expense or Meals / Family, it shows an error indicating that Attendees are required.
However, my spouse does not work for the same company.  How should I resolve it?
Alternatively, which expense type shall I select for my spouse's meal expense?

Thanks.

Hi @jingchu95120 ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the attendee form along with the available attendee types? There should be some other attendee type available that would allows you to enter attendees who are not available in Concur. Ex. Employee (Not in Concur). Can you please check.

Alternatively, you can also check with your manager or Concur Administrator or raise an IT support ticket to check how this issue can be resolved.

If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

Thanks!
Regards,
Pooja

@jingchu95120 the Advanced Search for employees is just a reminder that to add fellow attendees to a group meal, you should use the Advanced Search option.

Thank you,
