Approved / Holding payment

Hi , I have submitted my claim on Oct 13 2025, my claim got approved but it is showing Holding payment, in payment status please guide me what can be done to resolve this.

@SuzanaAbramov01 you are going to need to contact your site admin. 

 

Did you look to see if there are any alerts on the report? Usually Hold Payment means they are waiting for some additional documentation like hard copy receipts. In fact, I just looked at your report and do see an alert. See below.
