Application Error - Cancellation of Train Trip

I need to cancel Train Trip which is in state of "In progress-unfinished reservation"

 

Initiated cancellation from application, failed with following error

"We are unable to cancel this trip.
This trip contains segments purchased through a "guaranteed ticketing" carrier, and cannot be cancelled through Concur.
A travel agent may be able to refund all or part of this trip.
Trip Record Locator : 0J6864"
 
and Even failed to [Send this trip to Travel Agent to cancel] : with error "We encountered an issue that prevented us from completing your request."

@bhaveshpanchal did you get this resolved? If not, did you try calling your travel agency?

@KevinD , Yes Issue is resolved, I did reach-out to respective agency and they supported to solve this.

I am having a similar issue.  The Concur message says "In progress-unfinished reservation  This is a Concur trip in progress.  You have not completed the travel wizard. Please complete this trip or cancel it."

 

us2.concursolutions.com says: "We cannot withdraw this trip online. Please contact your travel agent."  My group's Executive Admin. contacted the travel agent to advise of this issue and the agent said they could not find the reservation.  A new reservation was made for me.  How can I get the "in progress-unfinished reservation canceled.  Will I be charged a fee if I call the travel agent again?

Have you looked in the "Request" or "View Trips"section?

I see it in the Trip Library, however, I am not able to cancel online.  Support has been called once and the agent said they could not find the reservation.
