And unexpected error occurred

Good morning,

I am receiving the famous "an unexpected error occurred...." when attempting to input banking information and our administrator doesn't seem to know how to fix. She has submitted a trouble ticket, but has not seen any movement. Is there anyone here that might be able to point me in the right direction?

@britainweaversc I have an idea of why this might be happening, but it is an educated guess only...the bank you use, where is it located? 

I know this sounds like an odd question and you are probably wondering, "what does that have to do with anything?" There is a method to my thinking. I'll await your reply.

Hey @KevinD ! I am all for throwing things at the wall. It is located in SC. The funny thing - as soon as I click bank information, I get that pop up. Then, I can't input anything.

@britainweaversc well, my hunch was correct. I looked up your SAP Concur profile...guess what...someone entered your country of residence as (drumroll please)...Uganda. Easy mistake as it comes next to United States in the drop down list. Since your country of residence doesn't use the currency you are assigned, you are getting the error. Your site admin will need to update your country. That should fix the issue.
