How can I amend the Employee Group in a live system. We currently have a two layer Global>Division and I would like to move to Global>Region>Country>Business>Division. It States on the list "Do Not Change". I wish to do this to allow for a more focused configuration of the site and to assist with maintenance going forwards.
Is this something that can be amended? We have over 100 policies, +480 audit rules and numerous other components (receipt handling etc..) that hang off of the current setting.

It is not recommended unless you require specific setup(Audit Rules, Mileage, Receipt Handling, Cash Advance and other group specific) for each Division(lower level) which might not be the case.
