Allocation reporting

I am currently running an intelligence report to show allocation percentages for several of our cardmembers, however, no matter how I manipulate the report, the adjusted allocation doesn't come up. The only allocation is 100% on the original cost center assigned to the cardmembers. How can I work around this issue?

@jhaver which report are you running? Is it a report you built or is it a standard report? Lastly, are employees actually using the Allocations option and splitting their expenses?
