Accessing old expenses

I need to review expenses from 2022 - 2024 but these are not available when I click manage expenses and put in a date range. Is there a way to view these?

SAP Concur – Accessing Historical Expense Reports (2022–2024)

1. Navigate to Expense à Manage Expensesà Report Library.
2. Select All Reports or the available Historical Report view and adjust the Date Range.
3. Check whether the filter uses Submission Date or another ReportDdate.
4. If reports remain missing, contact your Concur Administrator to retrieve them through Cognos Reporting or available archived records.

Historical Report availability depends on your Company's Data Retention Policy and SAP Concur configuration.
