Access to Concur Expense is missing

I need help.  It's been over one week now, since my case was open, case # (26598875).  The issue is still not resolved. I am beyond frustrated.  As an Admin. to SAP Concur, I feel so deflated not able to support my end users.  What is SAP R&D doing to get this resolved immediately?

 

HELP PLEASE!

I am experiencing something similar.  I am acting as a delegator for my store, and the expense icon is missing.  I have it when I am signed in under my own account, but the option to submit an expense is missing when I act as someone else.  When I try the app, it tells me that there are no delegators.  Help?

@clokwurthlac just wanted to check and see if this is now resolved. I did go into your site and used your profile. I was able to get to the manage expenses screen and I was able to start a new report. 

 

Please let me know if you still have the issue.

When did this issue happen for you?  For my company, it took place since Monday, Dec. 1st.
