AIRPLUS MISSING EMP ID BOOKING AIR LINGUS VIA TRAVELFUSION

We have noticed that some transactions in SAP Concur made using the AirPlus Lodge Card for Air Lingus flight bookings Via Trevelfusion do not have an Employee ID assigned. As a result, these transactions are not linked to any specific employee. With other travelfusion carriers we don`t have this issue.

Do you know how to solve this issue or is there a probelm with air lingus?

Thank you

Hi @Edoardogir ,

I'm assuming that you are using central reconciliation feature. If my assumption is wrong then please correct me.

If my assumption is correct then, can you please clarify below points:

1. Is this an old card or a newly configured one?

2. If newly configured card, then can you go to Administration >> Tools >> Company Card >> Search for this lodge card and Modify >> Modify Card Account page will open, Click on Save and Configure >> Check here whether Employee ID field is mapped or not?

If it’s not mapped, you will need to map it, and then all future transactions will be reconciled using the employee ID.

Note - When mapping the employee ID field, please check the setup of other lodge cards to see which custom field the employee ID is mapped to, and apply the same mapping for the AirPlus lodge card.

Refer below sample screenshot:

3. If the employee ID field is already mapped in the setup but transactions are still missing the employee ID, you should check with the travel arrangers or the TMC (the person using the card for travel bookings) to confirm whether they are adding or updating the employee ID during the transaction process. As far as I understand, they should be including the employee ID.

While investigating this issue, you can refer to other transactions where the employee ID is correctly captured and ask if the same procedure was followed for the AirPlus transactions.

Thanks!
Regards,
Pooja
