We have Request and the one real challenge we have with it, is that you cannot make ANY changes to the trip once the Request is submitted. Many times people want to add or cancel a hotel or car and they cannot do that any longer because it’s in Request (without Request you can make alterations to the trip). Would love to have the ability to add/cancel a hotel and even change the flight even if that means that the Request has to be approved again.
