The System does not refresh the alerts when more Fuel Receipts are added, it will only work when Fuel for Mileage and Mileage claims are completed Chronologically. Lots of users add their Mileage lines followed by a Fuel Receipt, it would be helpful if the system reviewed the VAT for a mileage Expense when the claim is saved, therefore refreshing the mileage alerts each time.
While this is a soft alert, most users see these alerts as negative and they increase the time it takes the manager and finance to approve and process a claim.
