The number of available custom fields within Employee Form is diminishing, with a total of 4 as it stands today for Global Concur instance.
Given the current state, it does present a degree of volatility, in addition to the global service capability in being able to onboard and attract more territories as well as serve existing participating firms, where such requirements would necessitate the use of a custom fields.
I would like to bring this as a matter of concern and highlight the need for an urgent Product Enhancement to include more Custom Fields.
