Business Case: We aim to ensure total compliance with Gift and Entertainment Policy. We aim to reduce the effort and Time needed to manually clamp down on such bookings. A general policy for German companies is that Entertainment and Gift Costs cannot be charged to external Clients. In order to ensure compliance with the aforementioned policy, we need an Audit Rule that will block the ability to book the following expenses to WBS Codes that begin with DEE;
- Entertainment Clients
- Entertainment Staff
Unfortunately in Audit rules, we can not define conditions with: "field begins with", it has to be defined specifically, which exact value we want to include and in this case, these are thousands of values.
