Auto close request, when creating expense claim is created from approved request

If an expense claim is created from an approved request, the approved request remains in place and is not automatically closed. Automatic closing would be useful here to avoid confusion for employees and to eliminate unnecessary manual work.

Following on from the above, does the request stay open even if the full amount has been used in an expense claim? i.e. If the amount of the request is exhausted does it automatically close? or still stay open?
