All aboard!
Now you can link your Amtrak Guest Rewards account with your SAP Concur account, if you have Concur TripLink. This makes it easy for you to book* train tickets directly on Amtrak.com and the Amtrak mobile app, and have those plans and receipts sync with SAP Concur, for easy expensing.
*Only available to customers who have purchased Concur TripLink. To check, click the "Home" drop-down -- you'll see a "TripLink" option if available. Please confirm your organization’s participation, preferred booking methods and policy before booking travel.
Getting Started:
Connect your Amtrak account by following the steps below. Once connected, plans and receipts from business trips you book on Amtrak.com or the mobile app will be added ot your SAP Concur account for you – so you can have everything you need to quickly expense travel.
1. Visit the Concur TripLink hub
Sign into the web version of SAP Concur. In the main navigation menu, select TripLink.
2. Enable travel partner integrations
In the Available Programs section, click "Enable" to link Concur TripLink travel partners to your SAP Concur account. If already enabled, please skip this step and proceed.
3. Connect to Amtrak
Add your Amtrak Guest Rewards number to connect to Amtrak. You can add frequent traveler numbers for other travel partners while you're here.
4. Activate your TripIt Pro subscription
Because your company has Concur TripLink, you get a complimentary subscription to TripIt Pro. Link a new or existing TripIt account to your SAP account, activate TripIt Pro, and manage your connection. TripIt is the world's highest-rated travel-organizing app, and the Pro version is packed with premium features and alerts to keep you one step ahead.
