Introducing a simplified navigation and better search

As part of our effort to continually improve your community experience, today we rolled out a few more updates.


First, we have simplified our navigation to be clearer about what you will find, and where you can find it.

  • Our blogs, like the Expert Corner and Thought Leadership, live under the blog tab. We're hard at work creating more expert content for you, but if there is a topic you would like us to cover, please let us know!
  • All forums live under the Forum tab. You can click directly on the tab itself to see the latest forum posts, or click the dropdown arrow to go directly to Product Forums, Announcements or Introductions. And, when you click on the Product Forum tab, you can either see all posts related to all our product Q&As, or dive deep into a forum related to getting started with Concur Expense, or Related Product Help (there are 12 in total).
  • We've moved groups under their own tab, so that it is easy to get to the Small Business or User Admin groups. We'll be adding in a link to the other groups on Thursday (that's a small bug), but we hope this one click link better meets your needs.

Another big change that we made based on your feedback was to expand the search box and make it easier to find. It should be a lot more visible now! Additionally, over the past few months we have been busy creating recommended search results, so many of your searches will now return results that we personally recommend as having useful information.


We're committed to continuing to improve our community site and your feedback is always welcome. Updates and new features are in the works, and we look forward to hearing what you think.
