tripit pro connection

hello i am trying to setup the connection from concur to tripit in order to get trip it pro. I am getting the "Error communicating with TripIt." error message. I have read through the other related posts and followed the suggested fixes. I have unlinked and tried to re-link the apps. i am still getting the error. i have tried with various browsers and i a have tried resetting my password. nothing seems to fix the problem.

someone reached out from tripit and i provided the requested information but it has not been resolved yet.

nope, no other contact from the initial request for information. still waiting and no replies.
