Receipt images are not something that can be viewed in Cognos. However, you can see if the receipts are attached or not to a report or line item.
You may ask, "why not?", which is a fair question. The data warehouse is fed data from fields that are populated on expense reports. Since a receipt image does not actually populate any field on the expense report, it isn't something that Cognos receives.
