This will vary depending on the bank you are using. I would suggest reaching out to the credit card provider to see what options they have for files. Concur can import most bank files at this point, but they can always customize it to your needs if your bank provides a different file type.
Most banks, though, do tend to break their export files into types, so I am not sure you will be able to have Visa and Mastercard on one file. Again, though, this is the bank's issue and they know best the capabilities of their system.
