Uber 4 Business - they've changed!

Do you have staff forgetting to change their Uber profiles on weekends or after work? The old solution was Uber 4 Business would provide a CSV flat file that would be loaded directly into your FMIS bypassing your Concur Expense workflow completely. Not great right?! Well here's the good news - Uber's new solution is to prompt business users for a business purpose at the time of booking and even better all Uber 4 Business transactions will feed directly into your Concur workflow. Setting this up is extremely straight forward and requires access to the App store and a communication strategy on how users can transfer to the new business product (basically a click of a link in an email automatically generated to all your Concur Users).

Going live with the new Uber 4 Business plaform on 6 April - the new controls should hopefully put an end to any future "accidental misuse" and the wasted administration in recouping these monies from the employee!

From what you've said this sounds perfect! We have a lot of people "accidentally" put their personal Uber on their company card.

No problem @AmberLee - this allows an Uber admin within your team to set up one, two however many levels of control before the individual finally confirm s the trip. The great news is the transactions still flow into Concur and you sync with Concur so when a profile is set up the employee is automatically sent an email to set up Uber for business and conversely when the profile is closed so is the employees Uber business profile.
