Show Multiple Currencies for Request Approvals

How do others show the local currency amount for a travel request that is being asked to be approved from someone in a different country.  For example, if we have a canada user who submitted a travel request in CAD but their approver is based in the US, we are looking to see how we can show the approver what the equivalent USD amount would be for this request.

@tstagliano I'm not sure this is possible. Maybe someone else knows, but I don't think there is an option for the system to convert it for the reviewer.

we can see on the Request Entry form there is a Posted Amount In field which looks to convert the transaction amount based on the exchange rate but that fields is not available on the Request Segment Entry Form.
