Good afternoon!
Is there a way to search by a custom field at:
Administration / Expense Settings / User Accounts
Currently using Concur Analysis package.
Thank you!

@jschmitt Yes it is possible. However, you need to know what data field is being used for your custom field. We have lots of extra fields for our customers to use for their Custom fields, for example; Org Unit 1, Org Unit 2, etc. and Custom 01, Custom 02, etc.
If you have access to Admin features, you can view the Configuration Report to see which field is used for your custom field. If you can access the Configuration report, it will open in a new window or new tab. At the top you will see some links. Click the one labeled Employee Forms. This will take you to the part of the report that shows how the Employee Form is configured. There will be several columns. Look around these columns until you see the one that shows the name of the custom field you are looking for. For example, if I was looking for Department, then I would see one column showing something like Org Unit 1 - Department.
If you don't have admin rights, then the only way to find what you are looking for in the Data Warehouse is to follow this path: Expense>Expense Reports>Report Header Information>Additional Employee Details. In this folder scroll down until you see a data field labeled Employee Org Unit 1. Add this to your report. It may show you some data (if your company is using this field for something). This field may not show any data (meaning, your company isn't using it for a custom field). If you do see data, examine it to see if it is the custom field data you are looking for. If it is, great. If not, delete it from your report and then go to the Org Unit 2 field and add it to your report. Keep doing this for all 6 Org Unit fields until you see what you are looking for. If none of these work, then keep going down the list of fields. You'll see fields labeled Employee Custom 1, Employee Custom 2, etc. Try these until you find what you are looking for.
Let me know if this works for you.
