SAP,Project, how to show also deleted projects

n SAP Ps Training -> Project I should try some way to show in the list also the deleted projects. I tried some different solutions, how is the best choice to do this? There is i.e. a way to directly access to SAP cloud database?

PS: In this way, I could i.e. a very simple VB.NET / Access / C# application to retrieve and show this data.
