Hey SAP Concur community,
I attempted to upload a multi-paged receipt through ExpenseIt feature on the SAP Concur Mobile app and now it's stuck for the last hour. Any new receipts uploaded through ExpenseIt are now stuck because the first receipt I submitted hasn't finished yet.
I have researched the forums to see this issue is prevalent, I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off my mobile phone, installing the latest version - nothing works.
Requesting support on resolving this issue so I can start using the app again.
