Risk Management Email Reminders

Hello!

We have enabled Risk Management module as a part of Travel module in Concur. When trying to set up Email Reminders, an error 'Unhandled Exception' occurs with Request Email Reminders job and fails the run. Did anyone have the same? What was the solution?
