Report of Unsubmitted Requests with Travel Reservation

Has anyone been able to generate a Cognos Report to show how many times a user creates a Travel PNR but does not submit a Travel Request form?  Trying to gain how often users are not submitting the Request form for approval as we have had cases of reservations be cancelled since there was no approval - but since the request was never submitted, there was nothing to approve.

@tstagliano Travel Request data is found in the Expense Area of the Data Warehouse, which means you would need to build a report in Cognos that shows Expense reports with Concur Travel items on it and then add Travel Request data to your Cognos report. If the Travel Request data is blank, it would tell you the user did not submit a travel request. Below is how you could get started.
