I have a user that is reporting that when she uploads a receipt photo, the photo never uploads. She states it just spins.
1. Uninstalled and re-installed the app - no change
2. Confirmed iOS version is: 13.2.3 (Most Current)
3. Install SAP Concur App version: 126.96.36.1990221049 (Most Current)
4. Tested taking a photo of a receipt using my phone (Android) - Upload worked
5. Web portal is working OK for her which is her current work around.
At this point I appears that it is only isolated to her, as our other iPhone users are not experiencing issues, whom are all at the current version types as well.
Any suggestions on a solution for this?
