Queries regarding budget module

Dear Members,

One of our customer is planning to implement budget module. I do not have any previous experience related to budget, hence want to know if below requirements can be fulfilled -

1. Limit for travel claim for specific employee/Dept’s as per policy (eg. for sales/ops team Rs. 4000 per month, for central teams Rs. 2500 per month)
2. Team outing (This is an expense type) limit per employee per quarter cannot be tracked. The system can't track it. This will have to be done manually. (eg. limit of Rs. 1500 per employee per quarter)
3. Attendee list even though the system captures, we will have to manually track the left-over budget quarter wise.

@Saikat Budget isn't my area of strength, but I believe for your first requirement, the answer is yes.

I'm not sure about the other two requirements you posted.

Hi @Saikat ,

Budget can be tracked based on org hierarchy, departments, cost centers, projects, expense types (categories) wise only. It cannot be tracked for an individual employee or policy wise.
