Offline Bookings - Trip Approval

Does anyone use Trip Approval for offline (agent) bookings? I'm interested in hearing your feedback on using trip approval for agent bookings. Thank you!

Hi,

Not sure what you are reffering to, but I always suggest to use Trip Request with approval for offline booking. That works just fine:)

Thanks. We have a trip approval feature in Concur Travel which can process agent bookings. The agent places the booking on an approval queue, Concur Travel generates an approval email to the employee's Manager. If any customer is using this feature, I'd like to hear their feedback. Thanks!

Hi @CharleenR I'm looking for info on best practice for a TMC for offline bookings when the client wants to use Concur Approve (vs the TMC approval tool) this is for passive approval - can you direct me to some technical resources please?  Thanks, Nicola @Festive Road.
