Mobile app help

My iphone keeps giving me a System Requirements message: to protect the date and privacy of both you and your company, the Concur mobile app requires that a passcode be set on this device.  GO TO SETTINGS

I go to settings and there is NO option to set a passcode.  Please help

You'll want to scroll down the Settings screen past General  and look for Face ID (could be Touch ID if your iPhone is older than version 10) & Passcode. That's where you'll set up a 4 to 6 digit passcode for your phone, which is the requirement the app is asking for.
