Mileage in Concur Request

Hi All,

We are looking to find a way to configure our mileage in Concur Request. Unfortunately, we've been told that it is not possible to link the mileage in Concur Request to the Car Configuration. The other option we've been advised is to use the 'Forms & Fields'. In our company we have countries where we have 2 or more mileage rates. The problem with using the Forms & Fields is that now we need to use one mileage expense type for each mileage rate, so for example if we have 2 mileage rates for Canada then we need to use 2 mileage expense types for Canada in our Concur Request.

Is there a way to set up mileage rates for Concur Request without having to use multiple expense types?

Regards,

Belle

@Belle from what I see, there isn't a way to set up mileage rates in Request Admin.

@KevinD follow up question, is there a way to limit the visibility of mileage expense type in Request? For example, Personal Mileage Canada will only be visible to Canada employees, Personal Mileage Australia will only be visible to employees in Australia, etc.

Thanks!

@Belle you should be able to do this by modifying the Request Policies. However, this will need to be done by SAP Concur as we do not give access to Policies.

@KevinD by modifying Request Policies, do you mean to say that we should then have one Request Policy for each country? On my example we should then have one Request Policy for Canada and another Request Policy for Australia?

Thank you!

@Belle Yes, that is what you would need to do.
