@AManduca to submit for expense reimbursement, you first must have an SAP Concur profile. The SAP Concur profile is different from the profile you have here on this community.
I would recommend speaking to your direct manager to see if they can help you with this. You likely have an SAP Concur profile already. Your manager would be able to let you know if your company has any resources for Getting Started.
If your direct manager cannot help for some reason, come back here and let me know.
