Extract Complete Concur audit trail in Cognos

Hi,

I'm trying to do a report in cognos where is visible the whole audit trail as in the user's profile and printed report with this option.

I'm struggling to get the action and description text when "posting feedback received" is sent from FI Service (SAP FI).

Please advise.

@Sucris I'm not sure all those details are available in Cognos. I only know that the Workflow trail is available, but not all of the Audit Trail details.

I've tried with the workflow trail although these details are not pulled through. It appears the time but not the details.
