Expense IT email Communication

Hello. We recently aquired expense IT pro and will be sending out a communication to our users. Does anyone here have an sample email email they have sent out the could share with me? I do not really like the Template we were sent and was curious what other companies were sending. Thanks in advancefor any help. 🙂

Here is what we put together for an announcement on our intranet page.

 

We are excited to roll out ExpenseIt, a new Concur Mobile Application feature, on October 22, 2018.  ExpenseIt will automatically turn receipts into expenses for you and make it easier and faster for you to prepare expense reports.

How It Works

You will continue to take photos of your receipts directly within the mobile app or email the receipts to receipts@expenseit.com from a verified email address under your Concur profile and ExpenseIt will analyze the receipt and start creating the expense for you.  Once analyzed, you are responsible for ensuring that the expense is categorized and entered correctly.  You will then be able to add the expense to a report for processing, submission and approval.

How to Activate ExpenseIt

  1. If you do not have the Concur Mobile Application, download the application from your phones app store.
  2. If your mobile app is up to date, you will likely not have to take any action.  You will notice that when you open the app, the camera icon at the bottom of the screen says "ExpenseIt" instead of "Receipt".
  3. If the functionality is not there (your camera icon says "Receipt" or "ExpenseIt" beneath it), go to your Concur app settings, and verify that you're on the latest version (9.52 or above).
    • If you're on the latest version, toggle on ExpenseIt functionality in your app settings.
    • If you're NOT on the latest version, download and install the latest version.
  4. If you are on the latest version and you still don't see the word "ExpenseIt" under your camera icon and there is no option to toggle the functionality on in your settings, then you will need to log out and log back in.
