Employee Role Report

When running an employee role report to find users who have admin roles, we find that it shows users that have have previously held an admin role, as well as those that currently do. How can we run the report so only current admin role users appear?

@dantoenjes Hmmm...that's a good question. I'll see if I can find out. In the meantime, are the users that previously held the admin role still employees with active SAP Concur profiles? 


If not, there is a data item called Active that tells you if the profile is active or not. You could add this to the report and then filter it to only show Y. That would remove non-active users from the report.
