Display apparence too small in android app on certains users

Hello guys , we have many users on SAP concur  for Android , with different Android phones from samsung , A5, A6 to A40.

Some people , when they open their app, arrive on welcome screen not formatted like others, meaning it's like a PC version , too small to be correctly read, some's got the correct display.

we all use 9.81 version, i did'nt find any settings about that .

Is someone aware of that ?

Thank you for contacting SAP Concur Support.

This issue might be related to a recently resolved issue where the affected device's chrome browser is involved.

Kindly ask affected User to update their Chrome browser on their Android devices to version 84.

Here is the step by step guide to update the Chrome browser in an Android device:

Step 1: Open the Play Store application on your Android device.
Step 2: On the top left, tap the menu icon.
Step 3: Then, go to my apps and games.
Step 4: Now, find Google Chrome in the list.
Step 5: Tap update next to Google Chrome

After updating your Google Chrome browser, test again.
