Concur Upload employee is missing one entry

Hi, my job imported employee file which contained 71 employee details without any warnings and errors. in found that i see one employee is missing in concur.

i could not figure out why this was happened.

any help suggestion where to look? fix?

Have you tried asking our support teams? They would be able to look to this and make sure there isn't a bug.

I am also curious if others have seen this and if they have a quick fix. Anyone have tips to share?
