Cognos - Analysis - cannot download when choosing Excel Data

After running a standard report or a query in My Folder, we cannot download when selecting Excel Data as format. We can request email and will then receive the report in email.

When choosing Excel, it's working but not Excel Data.

Pop up is allowed on the browser. Does anyone have experienced this situation? And has a suggestion on how to resolve this.

Have you tried different browsers? Edge, Chrome, ...

Could you paste a screenshot of the error that appears?

Can you download the data in other formats? Html, PDF, CSV or XML

Otherwise you can open a case on the Contact Support website.

@mimifung you can also have the report run in the background, then check the run history of the report to see the output.
