Receipts stuck in uploding

I have had numerous receipts I have attempted to upload on ExpenseIt that have been stuck “uploading” for days.

How can I resolve this ?

Support replied and said that Concur is down in a larger context and that they will share more information when it becomes available

This issue is affecting me also.  All my latest receipts are stuck in "Processing..." or "Uploading..." in the mobile app.  This has only recently become a problem in the last 1 or 2 months.

I am running SAP Concur mobile app v10.31.0 (2026042715) on Android v16.

Deleting the last successfully uploaded receipt has not fixed the problem.

After realising this issue last month, I have since kept my receipts so deleting them from the Expenses queue would be an OK solution for me but I cannot do this while they are Processing or Uploading.

How can I get this to work again please?  It is a super helpful feature when it works!
