In Mexico, the goverment has established 2 VAT Rates. 16% VAT will apply to all Mexico except of Northern Border cities. Northern borders cities will apply the 8%. We worked with Concur and configured the Expense side, BUT, since I am working with Cognos and I am the responsible to send the Tax Report, they want to know what expenses were calculated using the 16% and the 8%. I cannot locate the "Expense Location" in Cognos.
