Implementation of ExpenseIT application - is it worth it?

Hello,

We are planning to implement the ExpenseIt functionality within the Concur Expense and Mobile App for our organization of approximately 13,000 employees, and we would love to hear from fellow clients who have already activated this feature.

Specifically, we are looking for insights on the following:

• Implementation Experience – How did the rollout go? Were there any challenges during activation or onboarding your users?

• User & Processor Impact – Has the functionality caused any issues for your employees submitting expenses, or for your Expense processors on the back end?

• What was the implementation timelines, can we split the implementation region wise or its big bang on the concur app.

• Efficiency Gains – Has it helped reduce expense submission times? Have you been able to measure any productivity improvements?

• Pain Points – What are the biggest challenges or frustrations you have encountered with the feature?

• Key Strengths – What do you like most about ExpenseIt, and would you recommend it to other organizations of a similar size?

Any real-world feedback, lessons learned, or best practices you can share would be greatly appreciated as we work through our implementation planning.
