Hard Stop Configuration for Annual Duration Limit

Is there a way to implement a hard stop if a particular request exceeds 15 days per year? I can see conditions based on yearly total amount and yearly transaction count, but I don’t see any condition related to duration (days) with a yearly total.

If the travel request purpose is Technical Training, it should be limited to a maximum of 15 days per year. If this limit is exceeded, a hard stop should be triggered.

I attempted to configure an audit rule, however, the available conditions appear to be based only on yearly total amount and yearly transaction count. I do not see any condition related to duration (number of days) with a yearly total.

Our requirement is to configure a rule based on the cumulative duration, so that a hard stop is enforced once a user exceeds 15 days of Technical Training travel within a calendar year.

As per my understanding, in Concur Request, it is technically not feasible to automatically monitor or enforce a yearly cumulative limit on Duration (Days) based on previously approved requests.
