Expenseit Feature

Hi, one of my employees is having a problem uploading his receipts. He has tried to do it in the app and also emailing the receipts to receipts@expenseit but only a couple of them are going through. He spent 5 hours trying to get the receipts to upload and still was unable  to get them all uploaded. Has anyone else had this problem or have any solutions. Thank you

@Twoodrum2025 did this person email to receipts@expenseit or to receipts@expenseit.com? If the former, then that isn't the correct email address. 

 

In the app if ExpenseIt is turned on, the user should just need to press the camera icon that appears on the app home screen, point his camera at the receipt and snap a picture. 

 

We did have a receipt image issue recently, so maybe that was causing the issue. Has the user tried again since you made this post?

Hi, he was emailing receipts to receipts@expenseit.com Concur said they were working on the issue and to have them start emailing receipts to receipts@concur.com until they fix the issue.
