Error on opening Intelligence

Hi,

I am having problem to start to use Intelligence. The access request has been completed but I got the error message and am not sure what I can follow to solve the problem. . Does anyone help me?

@Yuh we had a degradation in service of our Reporting tool. Should be operating normally now.
