Creating a Recurring Intelligence Report

Hello,

I'm an admin for our Company's SAP Concur account. We have Intelligence Reporting. I am trying to create a "job" to  be able to run a specific report every month and have it emailed to me. I've done the initial step of creating the job and selecting the report. I can add "prompts" like Expense Types or Employees or Date. The thing about the date is, if I choose Nov 1-Nov 30, is it just going to send me that month's worth of data only the one time? Does anyone know where I go to be able to have it pull data each month? Thank you in advance for your help.

@lkaufmann from your My Content folder, mouse over the report tile, then click the three little dots that will appear in the upper right corner. Select Properties from the drop-down menu. That will get you to the right place where you can see the Schedule option.

@lkaufmann when you say you created a job are you referring to the scheduling option or the actual job option? I'm asking because you don't need to create a job if you are working with just one report. You can just use the scheduling option to have the report run on a recurring basis. 

 

Next, there are pre-built filters in the data warehouse that you can apply to reports to give you what you are looking for. One filter is named "Last Month". Applying this filter to your report and running the report on any day of a given month will show data only for the previous month. You should be able to use the Search option and type in Last Month to find this filter.

@KevinD, thank you for your response! I must be missing something because I don't see scheduling options. In various screens, I can add a job or create a new job, but can't find anything about scheduling. Is there a specific please this option is located? I may be overlooking something.
